Study on the Aging Resistance of Polyurethane Precursor Modified Bitumen and its Mechanism

چکیده
As an environmentally friendly alternative for the production of high-performance modified asphalt by chemical reactions, a liquid-state polyurethane-precursor-based reactive modifier (PRM) was developed and employed in modification. In contrast to traditional solid bitumen modifier, example, rubber thermoplastic elastomers, PRM as liquid has more significant advantages reducing energy consumption improving performance, which attracted widespread attention. However, aging resistance its mechanism are not clear. view this, performance two PRM-modified (PRM-70 PRM-90), under short-term thermo-oxidative aging, long-term ultraviolet (UV) conditions, investigated through mechanical methods. The results show that PRM-90 is susceptible thermos-oxidative UV aging. use low-penetration-grade ensuring adequate reaction beneficial enhance bitumen. impact on high-temperature great, followed low-temperature anti-fatigue performance. mechanic-relevant rheological index (RAI) fracture (FEI) recommended evaluate properties This study only provides support further research relationship between bitumen, but also reference conducting analysis.
